Privacy

Keep the first exchange bounded.

Foldspan collects only the contact, business context, and limited technical request data needed to respond to and protect an inquiry. Sensitive architecture evidence belongs in a protected channel established after scope and authorization are clear.

Website inquiries

Information collected

The inquiry form collects the information you choose to provide, including your name, work email, organization, role, engagement interest, timeframe, and a short description of the solution you want to discuss. The form does not accept attachments.

Cloudflare processes standard request metadata, such as an IP address. The Foldspan Worker hashes the request IP into a rate-limit key for abuse prevention. The raw IP is not included in the inquiry email or Foldspan application logs.

How it is used

Foldspan uses inquiry information to respond, determine whether the requested work fits the practice, plan a protected discovery process, and maintain reasonable business, security, and legal records. It is not sold or used to train public AI models.

Service providers

Cloudflare processes the website request and transmits the inquiry email. Google Workspace receives the message in Foldspan's business inbox. Those providers process data under their own service terms and security controls.

Sensitive information

Do not submit credentials, secrets, regulated data, system diagrams, source code, incident evidence, export-controlled material, or other sensitive technical information through the website or ordinary email. Foldspan will establish a protected channel before technical discovery.
